If you are not a GGRA Member or your membership is not active, please continue reading:
Membership dues support GGRA’s policy work and communications. These fees allow us to continually advocate for our industry and work with the city, state and federal government to help ensure restaurants are provided with the guidance and resources they need as they recover from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
We require all participating restaurants to have active GGRA Memberships. If you are not in a position to join or renew your membership, please reach out to us at ggra@ggra.org to discuss membership options.
You can join the GGRA as a Restaurant Member here or login to the portal to renew your membership here.
Once your membership is active, you can return to this form to complete your registration as a current member. If you would like to renew, but forgot your login username or password, you can recover your account information here.
Our regular membership fees are based on a restaurant or restaurant group's combined 2022 annual revenue. Dues range from $350 – $2,500 annually:
Restaurant (< $750K annual revenue): $350 annually
Restaurant ($750K – $1.99M annual revenue): $500 annually
Restaurant ( $2M – $4.99M annual revenue): $775 annually
Restaurant ($5M-$9.99M annual revenue): $1,500 annually
Restaurant (>$10M annual revenue): $2,500 annually
Registration Deadline: The deadline for all participating restaurants to register is Monday, October 9th. We ask that all menus are also submitted to us by then so we can fully promote your restaurant’s offerings.
Menu Formats:
Fall SF Restaurant Week will feature two menu types with the below price point options for what best works for your restaurant.
NOTE! We have added a 5th higher end price point option of $40 for Brunch or Lunch and $90 for Dinner. You can offer as many different price point menus as you'd like.
Brunch or Lunch (2+ courses): $10, $15, $25, $30, $40
Dinner (3+ courses): $30, $45, $65, $75, $90
You can choose to offer either a brunch/lunch or a dinner menu, or both. We encourage you to get creative to make the price points work for your restaurant, such as “Dinner for 2”, meal kits, drink pairings, etc. Please note that these menu prices should reflect some type of discount from what a guest would pay if ordering individually. Alternatively, these menus can feature items not on your usual menu. Check out our blog post on How to Make SF Restaurant Week Work for You for more ideas!
Your menus can be made available to guests through takeout, delivery, outdoor dining, indoor dining, or as meal kits.
Whatever you choose to offer, we ask that you offer it continuously throughout the duration of the program, including weekends (within your normal hours/days of operation) to provide the best possible experience to guests. Please note, you can offer a restaurant week pre-fixe menu and also offer your normal menu.
Menu Submission Deadline: Sooner is better, but no later than October 9th please!
Your restaurant will be included on the participating restaurant list on the SF Restaurant Week website, powered by menumodo. There will also be a link for guests to view your menu, make a reservation (if applicable), or visit your website.
Once you register, you will receive an email with menu submission instructions. (Don’t worry it's easy!)
Your prix-fixe menu(s) must be sent to us (in PDF format, incorporating the SF Restaurant Week logo) no later than Monday, October 9th.
It is to your advantage to submit your menus/offerings as early as possible. The sooner you submit the necessary documents, the more likely you are to be featured in our marketing and promotional collateral and in our social media and digital communications. Restaurants that submit earlier also tend to get more reservations.
